  Proximity to the Messe, reception employees extremely friendly, spatious and clean bedrooms, possibility to keep luggage at reception when checking out, truly a great experience overall.
  
  What could be improved: Service at the restaurant seemed a bit confused. The first evening we were not brought a menu at the restaurant even after waiting a while and when asked for it only one was provided for the whole table. I had breakfast at the hotel but did not book in advance and everyday the payment method was different despite it always being with the same person. The last day I even had to go back to reception to pay. Nothing that affected the experience as a whole but just does not seem aligned to the level of the rest of the hotel. Also expected more Mövenpick food products to be available at the hotel.

  Great quiet location right across from the mall, and a distance away from the main station which might be a bit too much of an experience for some people. The Messe halls are not “close” but close enough. Clean and comfy! Incredible water pressure. A great staff!
