Here’s what I love about staying in Frankfurt’s Ostend neighborhood — you’re close enough to everything that matters, but you’re not drowning in tourist crowds. The European Central Bank is practically next door, which explains why you’ll see a lot of business travelers, but it’s also just a quick ride to the old town when you want that classic Frankfurt experience. The fact that couples rate this location so highly (I’ve heard it’s around 8.8) makes total sense — there are some great little spots for dinner within walking distance, and the riverside paths along the Main are perfect for evening strolls.

Room Experience

The room design follows that signature INNSiDE aesthetic — clean lines, pops of color, and everything you actually need without unnecessary clutter. What I really appreciate is how they’ve thought about the lighting; there are multiple options so you’re not stuck with harsh overhead lights when you’re trying to wind down. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms have that rainfall shower situation that actually works well.   We were offered a free mini bar which was nice, welcome refreshment at reception. Facilities were nice it was nice and comfortable. I would highly rate this hotel as it is in a great location for visiting Frankfurt city. The nearby shops are amazing. The only downside is they didn’t have smart TVs so couldn’t connect to YouTube.

  Our room was bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. Big comfortable bed, fantastic power shower and plenty of space for our belongings. The mini bar with the complimentary selection of local soft drinks, beers and water was a lovely touch. There was a steamer in the wardrobe which was very handy and robes & slippers were also provided. The reception staff were lovely – really welcoming and friendly. Check out time was 12 noon however we asked if we could leave our room at 1pm as our flight home wasn’t until later in the afternoon and reception were more than happy to arrange this for us. We had breakfast included in our booking – this was quite a basic offering in the restaurant but tasty enough. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend.

  The INNSide hotel is pretty close to the center and well connected with a tram stop in front of it.
  We only staied one night, but the rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable.
  Our first room was a bit cold and the thermostat didn't work so the very kind staff quickly changed the room for us.
  You have free beverages in the mini bar which were great after a long day of traveling.

  The hotel is well-located and well-connected to other parts of the city. The room was clean, pleasant, spacious, comfortably furnished, and quiet. The bedding was very nice, although I had to remove the hot plastic mattress protector from under the bedsheet. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel staff were friendly. There are several restaurants with nice food nearby, as well as a market and a large drugstore. I can recommend this hotel.
