  There was a lot of space, the breakfast pack was nice and there was a lot of food. Apartment was cozy and the location was very convenient, close to tram and train stations, also near was a lot of shops, food places and malls. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

  We loved the place. It was roomy and clean and full of light. It was also a treat to have some food treats for when we needed a snack or a little breakfast. The location was right near a direct subway line to the airport which made things easy.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I didn't like was there was traffic noise . I did sleep well though.

  A nice apartment, had everything we needed without being too fancy. Good facilities, good location and the apartment was nicely decorated. It presented as a place a small family could stay. We had the Breakfast box option which was perfect for us. Very close to the subway train station and it was handy.
  
  What could be improved: The elevator wasn't quite working when we stayed. They had technicians coming and going so I assume they got it fixed.
  Due to being located next to a popular open space, it was a little noisy.

  The host was excellent. Very prompt with instructions and information. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have breakfast after a long travel. Accommodations were clean and within walking distance of the old town, restaurants, and shopping. Spacious accommodations and two bathrooms were excellent for a family. Very close to trains and underground.
  
  What could be improved: Frankfurt is a big city so it was a little loud, but this wasn't the fault of the apartment, just the nature of a big city. The elevator was out of service, again not the fault of the hosts.

  The host was very prompt in her response. The day before our stay, she reached out to us with directions. Questions from us are replied almost immediately.
  The house was very clean and it was nicely furnished.
  The location was great! It is near to the train station and places of interest such as the Old Town, museums & shopping.
  Last but not least, the breakfast provided was delicious.

  What could be improved: We were on the 4.5 floor and the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. There was not enough shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
