  They provide free unlimited coffee & tea in the lounge area. We often sit there to just chill and it’s a very good experience for us!
  
  Hotel rooms are big. Kitchen utensils are complete and adequate.
  
  I booked 2 rooms as I came as a family, staff accommodate our needs by arranging our room close to each other. I also requested to change room once because the room arrangement is not for us, and they gladly help me with that
  
  Good locations as well as it just only metres away from a big mall. Quite distance from nearest tram station but still convenient.
  
  What could be improved: Staff confuse us about the city tax payment. They charged me only for 1 room for during check in, and charged me again for another one during check out. Would be helpful if during check in they informed me it’s tax for one room only and the rest will be charged during check out, or just charge both rooms during check in

  Staff were helpful with the early check-in and allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel after our check-out due to a late return flight. Large room, large bathroom, bathtub. Walk-in laundry room where we could get fresh towels and leave used ones as needed. Free to use coffee machine. All required amenities provided.
  
  What could be improved: Only real negative point is that there is no shower curtian which makes it easy to spill a lot of water in the bathroom if not careful. The rest are nitpicks. Mutliple lights are connected to the same switch, and multiple switches have the same function (affect the same light(s)). The lights are a bit weak.
