  The staff was so friendly, clean and not noisy
  
  What could be improved: I was not happy that the pub they have was smoking! It would be nice to relax after a long day , this is one thing I look forward to in a hotel after a busy work day and could not enjoy because of a smoking pub! They need to send them out side and not by the door so we walk in and out of the hotel smelling and tasting like smoke. I will not be staying here again and my company. So unhappy about this!

  What could be improved: The room was not heated at all. It was peak winter with 0 degrees. I found out that the room heaters were switched off at night. It was a difficult night with a baby with us.

  Good breakfast with many options and good coffee machines. The room had enough space to feel relaxed and 3 pieces of furniture to sit. Checking in and out was easy and in general did not encounter any significant issues.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue I had was connecting to WiFi with a company laptop. The WiFi system is one of those that in order to get internet access you are first redirected to a web page. Secured business/company laptops don't allow any redirection and internet access until a secure connection to the company's VPN is established.

  Lovely big room, very spacious bathroom, windows that actually opened fully! It was really nice that breakfast was included as we aren’t massive eaters of breakfast so we could have something little and not feel out of pocket for having some toast for breakfast.

  To be honest, I was a bit concerned as we arrived as the location wasn't as I expected, in the middle of what seems like a business park and everywhere was closed apart from a cake shop and little supermarket at the end on Merton Passage BUT I shouldn't have worried.
  After checking in, our room was fabulous and very clean. We ate in Andi's bar the first night, good food but better cocktails.
  The following day we decided to go into Frankfurt and realised that the S bahn is about a 10 min walk.
  The breakfast is amazing. A great selection from cereals to cooked.
  The staff are all very polite and despite me speaking my best German, they still liked to reply in English.
  
  What could be improved: Absolutely nothing
