Premier Inn Frankfurt Messe Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Premier Inn Frankfurt Messe, you immediately get that “this is exactly what I needed” feeling. It’s one of those three-star places that doesn’t try to be fancy but absolutely nails the fundamentals — clean, comfortable, and surprisingly stylish for the price point. The lobby has this modern, no-nonsense vibe that somehow feels both professional and welcoming, which honestly sets the tone perfectly for what you’ll find throughout the hotel.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about staying in Gallusviertel — you’re literally a stone’s throw from Messe Frankfurt, but you’re not stuck in some soulless convention center wasteland. The Europa-Allee address puts you right in Frankfurt’s most up-and-coming neighborhood, where glass towers mix with converted industrial spaces and actual local life. I mean, couples consistently rate this location 9.0 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You can walk to the trade fair grounds in minutes, but you’re also close enough to the city center that exploring feels effortless rather than like a major expedition.
The Room Experience
The room design is what Premier Inn does best — everything you need without any unnecessary frills. The beds are genuinely comfortable (their Hypnos mattresses are no joke), and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What struck me most was how well-thought-out the layout is — good lighting for working, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, and a bathroom that feels modern without trying too hard. The soundproofing is solid too, which matters when you’re this close to a major business district.
Breakfast and Practical Perks
The breakfast setup here is honestly impressive for a three-star property. You’ve got your continental options, but they also do a proper Full English that actually tastes like someone cares about it — not just the usual hotel buffet afterthought. The buffet spread covers all the bases, and I appreciated that they keep it well-stocked even during busy conference periods. There’s parking available on-site too, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in central Frankfurt, you’ll know is worth its weight in gold.
Why Guests Love It
What really sets this place apart is how it manages to feel both business-friendly and genuinely comfortable for leisure travelers. The staff seems to actually understand that people staying here have places to be — whether that’s a trade show or exploring the city — and they make everything smooth rather than complicated. You know what I mean? It’s that rare hotel where you don’t spend mental energy worrying about logistics, so you can focus on whatever brought you to Frankfurt in the first place. The combination of the excellent location, reliable comfort, and reasonable rates makes it one of those places you’ll actually remember to book again next time you’re in town.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Frankfurt through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for experiencing the city’s unique blend of tradition and modernity.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, location is perfect if you plan to attend any convention, most buildings are around the corner.
What could be improved: Breakfast was way too expensive.Sascha from Germany – 2 April 2025 (9/10)

Extremely comfortable beds, bathroom was also very nice and clean. Quality duvets. Amenities including a bottle opener. 5 minute walk to a nice mall, 10 minute walk to a metro station. Also a few restaurants nearby.
Bar and convenience store in the hotel lobby.
What could be improved: The ashtrays and trash cans in front of the hotel had not been cleaned for at least 3 days and were overflowing with trash. There is no refrigerator in the room.Vasileios from Greece – 18 March 2025 (9/10)
Near the ISH
Chloe from South Korea – 16 February 2025 (9/10)
Although a bit away from touristic areas, the location and environments were very quiet and peaceful. Room is spacious and comfortable. As the property is dedicated to good night sleep, I had comfortable sleep during my stays. Staffs were very prompt and helpful.
What could be improved: None.Andres from Mexico – 14 February 2025 (9/10)
Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly.
Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice.
Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.
What could be improved: As I mentioned location is not perfect since its not too close to metro station but is nothing major. Room was also a bit tight and the bathroom door just closes by itself which I know has its uses but it can be annoying. Overall nothing seriously bad here honestly mostly great experience!Ave from Estonia – 11 February 2025 (8/10)
It was comfy and big
What could be improved: No way to connect computer (hdmi cables would be great to have in room) for netflix or other vodsDaniele from Netherlands – 1 February 2025 (9/10)
