  The staff was friendly and allowed me an early check in. It had a small kitchen. Location was good, very well connected, Ubanh, sbahn and tram stations within walking distance. And despite being close to main road, it was not very noisy.

  What could be improved: The wifi is very bad, it was constantly turning off and on by itself. Like losing signal.

  The bathroom was the best part, it had enough space and the water pressure was fantastic. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and near tram stop and some restaurants / cafes, and hotel had good facilities.
  
  What could be improved: Might be better if there was some kind of small air conditioner in all rooms, although luckily during our stay the outside temperature was not very high but it could have gotten really hot if it was. Also, ironing device would be nice to have.

  It was very clean, comfortable, and had a great hot shower.
  
  What could be improved: It was very warm and there were no air conditioning. There was fan but not powerful enough. Kitchen facilities were not as good as expected. Couldnt find english TV channel.

  We had a great stay the rooms were simple but comfy and the location is great there is a tram stop at the end of the road and a train station just a little further along. The staff were great and most had a great level of English which made any interactions seamless.
  
  What could be improved: Our only issue was that we found the room hot and we couldn’t find out why as the heaters weren’t on, we stayed in winter and slept with the window open.
