Numa Frankfurt Bloc Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Numa Frankfurt Bloc on Eschersheimer Landstraße, you immediately get that this isn’t your typical corporate hotel. The building has this modern, almost minimalist vibe that feels refreshingly different from the glass towers you see everywhere else in Frankfurt. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone actually thought about the design — not just threw together another generic business hotel. The attention to detail is evident from the moment you arrive.
The Westend Advantage
Here’s what I love about staying in Westend — you’re close enough to the financial district that you can walk there in about 15 minutes, but you’re not stuck in the middle of all that corporate chaos. The neighborhood has this nice residential feel with tree-lined streets, and honestly, it’s way quieter than you’d expect for being so central. There’s a reason couples rate this location so highly (I mean, 9.3 out of 10 is pretty impressive). You’ve got the Palmengarten botanical garden just a short walk away, which is actually a lovely spot for an evening stroll if you’re into that sort of thing.
The Room Experience
The room design is what really sets this four-star property apart. Everything feels thoughtfully planned — from the lighting that actually works for reading to the workspace that doesn’t make you feel like you’re cramped in a corner. The beds are genuinely comfortable, and the bathrooms have this clean, modern aesthetic without being cold or sterile. What I particularly appreciated was how quiet everything was, even though you’re on a fairly busy street. The overall comfort level exceeds expectations for this category.
Practical Perks
The breakfast setup is solid — they do both continental and vegetarian options, which covers most people’s needs without trying to be everything to everyone. I actually liked that approach better than those overwhelming buffets you sometimes get. The fact that they have private parking on-site is huge if you’re driving in Frankfurt — trust me, finding parking in this city can be a real headache otherwise. It’s one of those details that seems small until you actually need it. The kitchen facilities in select accommodations add another layer of convenience for extended stays.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really works about Numa Frankfurt Bloc? It strikes this perfect balance between being professional enough for business travelers but relaxed enough that you don’t feel like you’re staying in some soulless corporate box. The location score of 9.2 isn’t just marketing fluff — you really can walk to most places you’d want to go, whether that’s the banking district, shopping areas, or just finding a decent restaurant for dinner. It’s the kind of place where everything just works, without any of those little annoyances that can make or break a stay.

Reviews of Numa Frankfurt Bloc

The hot water comes very quickly!
What could be improved: For the floor 7 to 10 (which is another building), I think there is no elevator.
In the shower room, I think it's good to improve the sealing, to prevent the water from leaking.Lida from France – 14 April 2025 (8/10)
Comfy room, good location and facilities (gym, laundry). Everything went smoothly with the check-in/out and communication via WhatsApp. Two problems with the room: the water gets out under the shower and every time the downstairs door closed the whole room would shake. The secondary building also doesn't have an elevator, which can be problematic for some people.

Good location, spacious apartments. The room (in the annex building) was very quiet despite being close to a major street.
What could be improved: The offerings in the small cafe are rather limited; I did not order breakfast, and could not get a roll etc. There are several cafes nearby.Carla from Portugal – 28 February 2025 (7/10)
Hello,
My room was perfect, it had the necessary for the days I spent in Frankfurt. The bed was precious and I could fall asleep straight away. Everything was clean and tidy. I could use the ironing to fix my clothes for free, which made my journey even easier.
The room itself has a table where I could have my meals. Uber driver could easily access the entrance of the hotel which made a warm meal able to be eaten. By saying this, the location was perfect.
It's possible to communicate via WhatsApp with the people working in this accommodation, making the stay even more comfortable and keeping an open communication between both parties.
The only negative part which unfortunately I have to write (informed the team about it) was the lack of warm water in my shower. Since the first day of my arrival the water was a bit cold, making it impossible to turn it to warm. It kept like this for the rest of the days.
I felt safe every single second ( I was a woman travelling alone). Respect for the silence between everybody was beyond excellent.
Overall I do recommend this accommodation.

Very well-located, spacious, comfortable. I loved it that there was a coffee machine in the room and some coffee pods and tea bags. Also a cooker and fridge in the room, pans and kitchen utensils. Overall, very good value for money.
What could be improved: The extractor fan in the bathroom was covered in mould and I'm allergic. But that was the only thing that needs improvement, the rest was great and I would 100% recommend.Lynn from United States – 13 December 2024 (8/10)
This is not only a new property but a new-thinking property. If you don't like smart phones, don't stay here because everything is on the Numa app.
The common work space is beautifully designed and guests do use it. I liked the indoor swing:) Location is solid. Near a subway station and a historic indoor food market. Somewhat business-y with restaurants and a grocery store very close. An awesome independent coffee shop called Stacks is just up the street. It has a jazz theme.
We used the laundry: washer is great. A separate laundry app tells you when to come back. The luggage storage is awesome if little too popular. If you want a larger size spot you gotta get it when they open up.
Although Numa is quite central, we found that Uber would cancel rides in Frankfurt. One block away was a hotel with a taxi stand. We walked over there instead.
What could be improved: Our unit was missing any couch, as shown in the photos on Booking. After some conversation, they gave us a discount. The 2-burner hotplate comes with a warning about the fire department and fines. There didn't appear to be a fan. If you really want to cook, I think it's preferable to cook downstairs and clean after.Sandra from Greece – 4 December 2024 (8/10)
Great location, quiet room into the courtyard, lots of space, coffee machine
What could be improved: The digital communication turned out to be a huge pain, I had to speak/text w 5 staff members in total to make them understand that I couldn't check in because the room hadn't been cleaned, even though another staff member said it was ready. I was never informed about the room being ready, I had to call (WhatsApp said room wasn't ready even after 3pm which turned out to be wrong … )The automated WhatsApp messages are for the most part useless and a waste of time.
Another downside, I wasn't able to leave my luggage (small hand trolly) because the lockers were all in use (I believe it was 5 lockers for suitcases )Georgios from Greece – 5 November 2024 (9/10)
The breakfast was served next to the hotel and was very good!
Sonia from Romania – 20 April 2024 (8/10)

Silent and safe neighborhood
What could be improved: The room wasn't cleaned during our stay
