  It is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable.

  What could be improved: We had some problems plugging in our devices as our USB adapters did not have an earth. We eventually figured it out but possibly they should warn guests about this.

  Luxurious bed. Good bathroom and kitchenette.

  What could be improved: Very noisy. Had to have windows closed to mute the sound and then it was stuffy.

  The apartment is close to Frankfurt Central station, which is where the inner city trains arrive at. The room we got is at the lower floors, but it has double glazed window which is quiet after the windows are closed. We are required to do an online check-in (which Numa will send you a link closer to your travel date), and all comms from Numa is pretty clear. There are also 2 convenient stores which is nearby the apartment.
  Having the tram stop right in front of the apartment is also a huge plus!
  
  What could be improved: Although the walk to the hotel is quite direct from the main entrance, suggest Numa to include the instructions to arrive at the apartment via the shorter path as guests will be carrying luggages. For anyone reading this comment, please exit via the side door (beside the Post Office / McDonalds).

  What could be improved: Safety aspect transiting between the main train station and the apartment. One should be wary of the homeless people and drug dealers hanging around the area. We found it quite intimidating.

  Compact small apartment in a good location near train station (easy airport access). Self-check-in with touchpad locks to entry and room. Nice windows with blackout curtains and powered shutters. Soft beds. Good security..
  
  What could be improved: We ended up one floor above busy avenue. Recommend higher floors for less street noise but pretty well insulated. No a/c but great windows. A bit hard to find initially – very small signage. Bedding limited to a bottom sheet and a duvet covered down quilt. With the soft bed, harder to maintain a comfortable body temp. A top sheet would help a lot.

  It was cosy, well isolated sound wise, and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. Appreciated the little extras like a beer and chips taster, that there is hand creme in the bathroom and such. Online checkin with having to put in lots of info for two people is a bit bothersome, but I guess it's regulations. I would come back.
  
  What could be improved: It is not a big deal, but the terrace was not cleaned and had some small trash from uneducated previous guests.
