  The location on the river is great, very friendly staff. We had one of the best meals at the hotel restaurant and even found a South African wine which we were very impressed with.
  
  What could be improved: The property is a bit of a drive from the city or alternative restaurants, but the reception clerk gave us a map and guided on best routes and parking.

  We arrived to the hotel during the Christmas season, which was all decorated and illuminated with magnificent lights. The hotel is located away from the city so it is quiet with the charm of an outdoor courtyard on the banks of the river. The rooms are big and very clean. The crew very welcoming and plesent. Free parking.
  
  What could be improved: The reception is until 23:00 for us it was ok.

  A beautiful hotel , a lovely spot to stroll along the river.
  
  What could be improved: The Charlotte suite has a lovely view of the river from one window.
  the other two with unfortunate views of garbage bins. if they were placed behind a screen ot would be better.
  Yet still a lovely place I'd happily return to .

  The bed was very very comfortable!
  Interior design with the art decoration was incredible.
  A lovely restaurant with amazing food and great service! It’s really nice to walk along the river too! And free parking is amazing!
  
  What could be improved: I think it said the rooms were sound proof but we could hear the noise from the reception area from inside our room.

  The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing although the menu is a bit limited. Breakfast was decent but not a great value. The hotel was very clean.
  
  What could be improved: Two things. The location, even though it’s on the main it’s remote from walking to shopping and other restaurants. (There are a few nearby). Secondly the hotel is showing its age and needs a update.
