This three-star property sits quietly in Griesheim, and there’s something refreshingly straightforward about it. The building has that clean, modern German efficiency vibe, and the fact that there’s parking right there (and it’s free!) immediately put me at ease. I mean, finding free parking near Frankfurt is basically like winning the lottery.

Location That Actually Works

Here’s the thing about Griesheim — it’s one of those neighborhoods that locals know but tourists often overlook. You’re close enough to the Messe (trade fair grounds) that you can practically walk there, which is brilliant if you’re in town for business. The airport connection is solid too, though you’ll want to factor in about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night — you’re away from the city center chaos but still connected to everything that matters.

The Room Experience

I stayed in one of their standard rooms, and honestly, the bed situation lives up to the hype. Whatever mattresses they’re using here, they’ve got it figured out — I actually slept through the night without tossing and turning. The room itself is clean and functional, with that minimalist German approach that just works. There’s enough space to spread out your stuff, and the bathroom is modern enough that you won’t feel like you’re roughing it. The apartments option is interesting too if you’re staying longer and want a bit more space to breathe.

Morning Fuel

The breakfast setup surprised me in a good way. They’ve got this continental buffet thing going on, but it’s not just the usual sad pastries and instant coffee situation. There are actually decent vegetarian options, which you don’t always find at smaller properties. I found myself going back for seconds on the bread selection — Germans really know their way around a proper breakfast spread. The coffee was strong enough to get me moving, and the whole setup felt relaxed rather than rushed.

Why Guests Keep Coming Back

What struck me most was how many people seemed to know the staff by name — apparently this place has a serious repeat customer thing going on, and I get it. The team here actually responds quickly when you need something, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how rare that is these days. Couples seem to particularly love it here, probably because it hits that sweet spot of being peaceful but not isolated. It’s the kind of place where you can get a solid night’s sleep, grab a decent breakfast, and get on with whatever brought you to Frankfurt without any drama. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  very nice staff, spacious, comfortable room, slept very well, very quiet and relaxed place, liked the breakfast – I have stayed here several times during fairs, it is a hidden gem at a great price
  
  What could be improved: location is close to bus stop, which gets you to S-Bahn and tram, you can also walk to tram or S-Bahn stations, but maybe not great when you have a lot of luggage

  This is a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and perhaps for those who do not want to stay in the noise and bustle of Frankfurt itself. Very reasonable parking though it can get quite full. Lift available if required. Good friendly and helpful staff. Good sized Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a fitness centre which I did not use.Vending machines available for soft drinks and snacks. This is a good quality versus cost hotel in my own humble opinion.

  Hotel was quiet, Room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower good. Breakfast was among the best I've had, even at much more expensive hotels. Very good value for money. Staff were very helpful in resolving a booking issue.
  
  What could be improved: Room was advertised as a deluxe double, but turned out to be a twin. After a short discussion, this was resolved. The room advertising is misleading, but I'm fairness to the hotel, the small print does state that it is a twin room. The management promised to resolve this situation.
  There is additional parking to the side and rear of the hotel. This took some finding; they are going to provide a map in the future.
