Naam Hotel & Apartments Frankfurt City-Messe Airport Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Naam Hotel & Apartments Frankfurt City-Messe Airport, you immediately get the sense this is a place that actually cares about getting the basics right. It’s not trying to be flashy or pretentious — just solid, reliable, and surprisingly thoughtful for a three-star property. The lobby feels clean and modern without being sterile, and honestly, the staff’s responsiveness is something you notice right away. I mean, when you have questions (and you always do when traveling), they actually get back to you quickly instead of leaving you hanging.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about Griesheim — it’s one of those Frankfurt neighborhoods that locals know but tourists often overlook. You’re about 15 minutes from the city center, which sounds far until you realize you’ve got free parking (a genuine miracle in Frankfurt) and easy access to both the Messe exhibition grounds and the airport. Couples seem to really appreciate this setup, rating the location 8.1, and I get why. You can actually park your car and forget about it, then hop on public transport when you want to explore the city proper.
The Rooms
The beds here are genuinely comfortable — not just “hotel comfortable” but actually good for sleeping. You know how some places advertise great beds and you end up with something that feels like a glorified camping mat? Well, this isn’t that. The rooms themselves are apartment-style, so you’ve got more space than your typical hotel box, plus little touches like a proper kitchenette if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal. It’s particularly nice if you’re staying more than a couple nights and want to feel less like you’re living out of a suitcase.
Breakfast & Practical Perks
The breakfast setup is one of those continental buffets that covers all the bases — vegetarian options included, which isn’t always a given at three-star places. Nothing revolutionary, but everything’s fresh and there’s enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying several days. What really stands out, though, is that free parking situation I mentioned. In a city where parking can cost more than your dinner, having a guaranteed spot is honestly worth factoring into your accommodation budget.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something to be said for a place that has a lot of repeat guests — it usually means they’re doing the fundamentals well rather than relying on flashy marketing. Naam Hotel & Apartments Frankfurt City-Messe Airport falls into that category of properties that might not photograph like a magazine spread, but delivers on the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. You get responsive service, comfortable beds, practical amenities like that parking and kitchenette, and a location that works whether you’re here for business at the Messe or just using Frankfurt as your base for exploring the region.

Johannes from Finland – 25 March 2025 (9/10)
very nice staff, spacious, comfortable room, slept very well, very quiet and relaxed place, liked the breakfast – I have stayed here several times during fairs, it is a hidden gem at a great price
What could be improved: location is close to bus stop, which gets you to S-Bahn and tram, you can also walk to tram or S-Bahn stations, but maybe not great when you have a lot of luggageBill24313 from United Kingdom – 19 March 2025 (9/10)
This is a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and perhaps for those who do not want to stay in the noise and bustle of Frankfurt itself. Very reasonable parking though it can get quite full. Lift available if required. Good friendly and helpful staff. Good sized Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a fitness centre which I did not use.Vending machines available for soft drinks and snacks. This is a good quality versus cost hotel in my own humble opinion.
What could be improved: The WiFi is completely open which means it will not be accepted by most firms security systems even if using a VPNAndrew from United Kingdom – 21 February 2025 (9/10)
Kettle & fridge a welcome addition. Rooms clean and spacious.
Aida from Bosnia and Herzegovina – 13 December 2024 (9/10)
Everything was neat and clean. The breakfast was excellent. It's close to the city center.
What could be improved: On the booking was mentioned that they offer a shuttle bus to the airport. However, when we requested the service, they informed us that it is not availablErnesto from Germany – 6 December 2024 (9/10)

Excellent customer service
What could be improved: Breakfast is a bit expensiveLg from Spain – 29 October 2024 (8/10)
Nice, clean, modern.
What could be improved: The cleaners were a little noisy early in the morning moving things around,Tim from United Kingdom – 26 October 2024 (8/10)
Hotel was quiet, Room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower good. Breakfast was among the best I've had, even at much more expensive hotels. Very good value for money. Staff were very helpful in resolving a booking issue.
What could be improved: Room was advertised as a deluxe double, but turned out to be a twin. After a short discussion, this was resolved. The room advertising is misleading, but I'm fairness to the hotel, the small print does state that it is a twin room. The management promised to resolve this situation.
There is additional parking to the side and rear of the hotel. This took some finding; they are going to provide a map in the future.
