  Not enough hanging space in the room.

  room was spacious but did not have fridge or a safe, but still acceptable. if you were to buy any frozen or chilled item, would have to put it with the counter and collect before checking out. room had a hairdryer. I would do a good run to the river nearby relatively safely. photos of room were accurate.
  
  What could be improved: the location had a few rowdy characters right outside the hotel, but they are relatively safe. a lot of rough sleepers within 500m radius of the vicinity. breakfast cost was too high at 21€. I could get it at a 15€ within 200m away. there is McDonalds just nearby too.

  The staff is great! And there are some really nice touches at this hotel. For example, you can leave your luggage in a day locker (for free!) after check-out, without having to involve reception. The bed is comfortable, the location is incredible, and it feels safe.
  
  What could be improved: There was only one working elevator, so the wait time to get up and down was on the longer side. The only concern I had as a solo traveler was that the room doors didn't have a manual latch. I like being able to truly lock myself in at night.
