  Staff is amazing both the evening one and the morning one too. He was knowledgeable and although I took the uber to Main tower but unfortunately it was closed for a private event in the evening which was really disappointing. Going back to the hotel feels like it's a safe space and feeling secured. Room had amazing view. Breakfast was nice
  
  What could be improved: I'm not sure what the German police is doing rounding up the people of colour near the main station and on the street at night but it made me feel uncomfortable as I am also coloured.

  The hotel is very close to Frankfurt bahnhof.

  I stayed here twice already. Some people might not like the surroundings area of Frankfurt hbf but since I am coming for work it’s not a problem for me as long as it is close to train station. Room is clean, no smell, it’s quite compact but I don’t have a problem. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would come back for another business trip next time.
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t realise the wall is not so thick. I was playing my music early in the morning and the guest next door complained about it.
