  Room was perfect for a night stopover. Small but neat and comfortable. Bed was great.

  Parking underground was good and neat but little congested.
  
  What could be improved: The Electric charger for the car was a hit and a miss. Tried lot of times to get it to start charging but it just wouldn't, paid the hotel for their charging card but that didn't work either. Staff just didn't seem bothered and just refunded the money.
  
  While my multiple attempts charger finally worked but the next morning couldn't disconnect the cable. The staff in the morning was helpful luckily, came down to the parking and helped reset the charger.
  
  Selected the hotel for the charger so was disappointed there.

  Modern, clean, good breakfast, lifts working, there is a small car park with 1 hour complimentary so that our friends could park there for a short visit.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is located in a quieter side of town which had few eateries especially on a Sunday. But there is a tram station right in front so you can take a tram into the busier centre.

  The room was very spacious the bathroom was clean and good facilities the bed was very large and comfy and we had abundance of pillows
  
  What could be improved: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and we only had one large towel I ask for another towel and they gave me two more hand ones also the bar tender was rude because he had a few people in we were at the front which was a noisy main road
