  Amazing location, located in the center of the city near major shopping area. Rooms have been renovated and are super, bed is great , room service is very high quality, staff are super friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Mini bar is empty and you need to actually request for it to be stocked, they charge a set price for the whole minibar so you can't choose what you want to pay for. A weird concept not suited for a hotel with such high standards. I would like to have a highly stocked minibar with a menu and flexibility to consume what I want.

  Clean , very friendly staff, very professional attitude .
  I was coming from Paris and bought caviar and few food stuff from Paris requested to leave it in the hotel fridge till my departure, they refused telling me they are not allowed for food hygiene. However, they sent me to my room a mini freezer. I find it very professional , very clean . Was very happy.

  Hotel is too expensive for it's worth especially during renovation time.
