The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a solid three-star in Germany. Clean lines, functional furniture, and everything actually works — you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case elsewhere. The beds are proper German firm, not everyone’s cup of tea, but I slept like a rock. There’s decent storage space, and the bathroom, while compact, has good water pressure. Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either. The windows offer pleasant views of the quiet street below.

  Perfect location and good value for money. Has been recently renovated to a much higher standard. Has no restaurant, just a breakfast room but if it is a basic, clean hotel with a perfect location you need, this is perfect
  
  What could be improved: Some showers have no shower screen and the whole bathroom floor gets flooded. The switch to turn on bedside lamps sre hidden, maybe a sticker would be a good idea. But these are minor things

  comfortable room. lovely quiet location. great cafes etc nearby. easy to reach via public transport. mark was very helpful and friendly in reception.

  Booked 2 hotel rooms here last minute after arriving at Frankfurt Airport. I was a little wary, but my daughter and her 2 friends convinced me. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Location was awesome. Lots of coffee shops, grocery stores nearby. We took train from airport and train stop was just a few min walk to hotel. It was only a few minute walk to christmas market in old Town Frankfurt. Room was clean, included mini fridge, and it was a great value.

  I showed up early to drop my bags off but they actually let me check in 2.5 hours early. The room was clean. It had a balcony and an elevator. I was also surprised it had a working mini frigid. Bare minimum but didn’t need much at all. Staff was super nice.
  
  What could be improved: The main entrance is on the side in the alley. Needed to pay 4 euros in cash so it was unexpected. Make sure you have it. No way to control temperature for the room at all. Bathroom is super small there was hardly any room for the shower so you can’t leave things in there or they’ll get wet. Also house keeping took the floor towel in the bathroom and never replaced it and also didn’t clean/ replace or touch anything else- it was weird.

  The location is very convenient with multiple restaurants and eateries in walking distance. Hotel is clean, no frills but strong on basic facilities. The staff is extremely courteous and willing to go extra mile to help. All in all, great value for money.
