  No issues at all. Fast self-checkin. Good room and bed quality for an "express hotel".

  Excellent staff all times at reception and also helpful cleaning staff. Smallish but nicely effective compact room. Good towels and bed sheets. Great shower gel/shampoo/hand gel. Close to shopping area.
  
  What could be improved: When booked via booking.com, room option said it had city views and i was also asked and stated i wanted a higher floor. We were given a ground floor room with inside alley dull views! Staff said it was the booking.com fault not stating all that was upon availability, so i immediately agreed. Staff then found a much better room for us.
  Fee of 5e required for luggage storage -actually because there is not enough staff for a hotel with 60 rooms in 6 floors!!!
  Feeling that hotel needs more staff! Self check-in was down for a whole evening and next morning too, while poor lone receptionist had at times 6 people waiting for him….

  The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you need to catch a train the next day. The Western breakfast was also nice—better than at most hotels. The room was clean, and I found the self-check-in and check-out options quite convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The room could be larger. Also, the reception guy was extremely aloof. I’m used to receiving all the necessary information during check in, for example, where the breakfast area is located, but here I had to ask for everything.

  Next to the central train station, the reservation team is very friendly and good, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent.
