The location score of 8.6 makes total sense when you realize you can walk to Römerberg square in five minutes, but you’re also close enough to the Hauptbahnhof that getting anywhere else in Germany is ridiculously easy.

The public transport connections are excellent, and most of what you’ll want to see is walkable. The staff goes out of their way to help guests navigate the neighborhood and plan their stay.

  Nothing. Apartment is old and dirty. Smells like some animal dead there . Everything was just nasty and stinky
  
  What could be improved: Smells so bad. Couches with stains like . Bad was like someone eat bread there. Plus a lot of women hair in it. The floor hasn’t been washed for long time if you going to walk there without socks your feet get dirty right away.
  Apartment is completely different place than on the pictures. Booking how you allow people like this post on your platform??? It’s worst place i ever stay. Was planning to move right away but there is no option to return money and i have everything on budget

  Location is good because of its proximity to downtown. However, the neighborhood was not the best.
  
  What could be improved: The bed ini the main bedroom is very low, only a few centimeters from the floor. Very uncomfortable to get out of it. There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen.

  The apartment doesn’t match with the photos at all, I contacted the owner by WhatsApp and he never replied me. Totally SCAM

  The location is excellent.. Near the Zeil and near The Westin hotel. The apartment was on the ground floor another thing I liked..
  
  What could be improved: The furniture is so old and uncomfortable.. the “sofa bed” is not even a sofa bed.. it’s just a sofa that you have to sleep on. The bed in the bedroom is not comfortable to sleep on. The chairs move and can’t be sat on comfortably. The TV doesn’t work. The washing machine is in the basement not in the apartment (as advertised)and you have to pay to use it.

  The location is unbeatable as you are centrally located, it is not a noisy street nor do you feel unsafe at any time, also for both check in and check out the landlady was very nice.
  
  What could be improved: The dishwasher machine did not work, the living room window too and you could not open it, the Sofa-bed is not a Sofa-bed, it was just a normal sofa with a sheet and a pillow, at least it was not much uncomfortable.
