  Stromleitungen schauen aus der Wand, Jalousien sind defekt, Spinnweben an Decken und in den Ecken, Flecken an Türen, Heizungen und Wänden, Fenster dreckig, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Herd mussten erst einmal von uns gereinigt werden,
  Inventar ist alt, defekt und hat etwas von Sperrmüll, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der zur Wohnung gehört und auch angeboten wurde, wurde scheinbar vom Vermieter permanent blockiert, war also nicht nutzbar, helle Hand- und Geschirrtücher waren mit schwarzen Flecken, Schimmel an der Badewanne, Heizkörper hatten Marmeladenflecken, Schamhaare in der Bettwäsche, die Liste ist lang

  Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!
  Wohnung war sehr hell und groß, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für eine Geschäftsreise wie unsere, aber auch für Familie und Freunde. Genug Parkplätze vor der Tür.

  Sehr freundlicher, flexibler Gastgeber. Auch ein vergessenes Ladegerät wurde mir umgehend zugesandt. Des Weiteren bietet die Unterkunft einen eigenen kostenfreien Stellplatz sowie direkte Waldanbindung.
  
  What could be improved: Das Zimmer war aufgrund fehlenden Schlüssels nicht abschließbar. Weiter ist das zugehörige WC nur über das Treppenhaus in anderer Ebene erreichbar. Der Duschkopf war defekt.

  What could be improved: The beds are 50 years old .
  The mattress if you want to call that a mattress is better to sleep on the floor
  The sink wasn't working and we ve been informed upon arrival
  The window stories didn't work in one of the room so we were supposed to wake up with the first light of the dawn
  There were no pillowcases and sheets just the bottom sheet as you can see in the photos
  The pillows were made from the material you use for decorative pillows in your couch
  Spiders in the kitchen
  Plenty of hair in front of the toilet
  1 towel for three people that was so old when I touched it felt like sand paper
  The first two photos of the place are not realistic. In their add.
  Stay away or you will have to search for a new place the moment you arrive like we did
  This is not suitable for people even if it will be cleaned

  Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden an den ÖPNV und ein PKW-Stellplatz existiert. Die Vermieter und die Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung eignet sich mit der Ausstattung nur zum Übernachten. Es gibt keinen funktionierenden oder angeschlossenen Kühlschrank, keinen Duschvorhang bei der Badewanne (und keine andere Duschmöglichkeit) und ein Waschbecken war ebenfalls defekt. Im Nachgang gab es Komplikationen mit der Rechnungsstellung, die sich durch mehrere Nachrichten lösen liesen.
