  Great service, great location (train station nearby), very clean and quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Went there on business with a conference in Messe Frankfurt. 5 minute walk. Big shopping center 3 minute walk with grocery store and food court. Couldn't pick better.

  We were warmly welcomed 💕 The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was well equipped and the bed was wonderful to sleep on.
  
  What could be improved: We had ordered breakfast, and some of the products had run out. But the workers fixed the situation quite quickly. Our room was located right near the elevators so the sounds can be heard very clearly from the corridor and the next room.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my business trip. The location is excellent—very close to Ambiente Messe, with a mall, supermarket, and pharmacy nearby, making everything extremely convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and for long-term business travelers, having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus! The only small suggestion would be to provide an English user manual for the appliances, as it took me some time to figure it out. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it for business trips!

Cozy lobby with various zones, professional and friendly staff, most of the people work here for years and it says a lot of hotel management! Very clean, warm, strong wifi. A very good breakfast deserves a separate star! A very special thank to Iryna and Olga who work at breakfast area and make the guests’ day warm and sunny at any weather!
