  What could be improved: The complaint is towards to the people who served online. It was cold when I got into the room. I naturally used the thermometer on the wall but it seemed not responsive. Still I set up the temperature to 30C and headed out for dinner. When I came back the room was still cold. Using the address provided by Vision I sent an email asking for help. Then I checked the radiators and found that there was a knob used to turn on the heat. I finally got a warm room. However, I got no reply till the day I checked out the hotel. I’m not sure if there was someone who’s there to answer questions. The “average” score in the staff section was for the office people, not the ones who worked in the floor.

  The apartment had everything you need. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is also nice since it is close to the train station but also far enough from all the fuss. I quite liked the whole style of the apartment. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I personally like the idea with the codes just maybe the check in process needs a bit of rethinking
  
  What could be improved: Sadly it had a smell of smoke and in my opinion a rug on the floor would make it much more cozy and comfy to walk barefoot. Otherwise it was a bit scary to have an apartment on the ground floor because you could hear people walking on the street right next to you and also you can’t open the window like at all.

  This is an excellent place to stay for your trip in Frankfurt. Good location in the city center and very near by walking to the Old Town. The locations is safe and easy to find. There are various markets around there that you can find anything you want even late at night. The apartment have everything inside and the view from the window have the city skylines which is truly gorgeous! I highly recommend this. 👌😃
  
  What could be improved: Passports photo of each tenant's identity is excessive, but I understand that for security reasons it must be done but at least it can be less stressful.
