My room felt more like staying at a well-designed friend’s place than a typical hotel. The furnishings have this modern but warm aesthetic — clean lines but nothing cold or sterile about it. There’s a small kitchenette that’s actually functional (not just for show), which came in handy when I wanted to grab groceries from the local market and make a quick breakfast. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with it all night.

What Makes It Special

Here’s the thing about this place — it’s got that 9.3 rating for a reason, and it’s not because they’re trying to be fancy. The staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re settled in properly. When I had a question about the best way to get to the Palmengarten, they didn’t just point me toward a tourist map — they actually gave me insider tips about which entrance to use and when it’s less crowded. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference.

  Die Wohnung ist schlicht und funktional eingerichtet. Alles nötige ist vorhanden und es hat sehr viel Platz. Das Gebiet Höchst ist sehr schön.

  The property is very roomy. Plenty of room to be together, but also able to get quiet, alone time. The location is great! There is a market (Friday, Saturday and Tuesday) where ight next door where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as pastries, coffee, etc. it is just a short walk to everything you need including shopping, stores, historic Hochst and to the train station.
  
  What could be improved: About the only thing to be aware of is that the unit is up a few flights of stairs, so carrying bags up and down when arriving and leaving was a bit of a pain.
