  Unglaubliche Unterkunft, immer wieder gerne, der riesige Kleiderschrank in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Den Preis war es wert. Das große Wohnzimmer hat mehrere Sofas und direkt angeschlossen ist ein Wintergarten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Betten waren sehr gemütlich, aber es empfiehlt sich, im Schlafzimmer neben dem Wintergarten, das Rollo im Sommer tagsüber unten zu lassen, da es sonst zu heiß nachts ist. Ein Ventilator stand aber auch zur Verfügung. Riesige Küche und tolle Sitzbank am Küchentisch. Nötigste Kochutensilien waren vorhanden. Niedliche Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Großer Schreibtisch mit viel Verstaumöglichkeiten in einem der Schlafzimmer. Praktisch waren auch die zwei Bäder, ein WC, ein Bad mit großer toller Dusche, tollem Aufbewahrungsschrank für Make-up etc und co. Putzkammer mit Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc und Schuhschrank im Flur. Viele Spiegel in der Wohnung. Ruhige Gegend und nur wenige Minuten mit Straßenbahn von der Stadtmitte entfernt, Supermärkte und Drogerie sogar fußläufig nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Check-In war unkompliziert, über einen Zahlencode kommt man an den Schlüssel und dadurch in die Wohnung.
  
  What could be improved: Keine Teelöffel, sowie kein Messbecher und Waage zum Backen vorhanden. Flache Teller gab es auch nicht genug. Spülmaschinentabs, mehr Lappen und Waschpulver wären auch hilfreich gewesen. Föhn erhitzt sich zu stark sodass man aufpassen muss, bitte neuen Föhn in Zukunft. Keine Steckdosen im Badezimmer.
  Die Wohnungstür lässt sich als Frau nur mit viel Kraft aufschließen, aber das ist wohl das Schlosssystem in diesem Wohnungsgebiet. Regal in dem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war sehr klapprig.

  Die Wohnung nach hinten war sehr ruhig, geräumig und gemütlich.
  Muss auch die Lage loben, obwohl die Parkplatzsuche es schon in sich hat.

  What could be improved: This apartment does not resemble the photos on the Booking page at all! We were in shock when we discovered the state of the apartment. It looks more like a student home than a vacation home. As a frequent Booking.com user I have never found that the review score does not match my experience. Therefore, I don't trust the reviews given for this apartment. I wish I could share more photos.

  – bath towels were old and dirty.
  – kitchen nearly falls apart.
  – overall cleanliness is below any standard.

  Reasonable location. Once we got the key, it was easy to enter and use the residence. Reasonable location, easy access to the city by tram and the airport by Uber. The beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable for the facility but there were failings…
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately there were several issues that were quite negative for the facility. The shower rose was just hanging on the hose, there was no mount for it to be set up as a shower, just use by hand. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned for some time with the glass very dirty.
  The couches in the lounge area are very dirty and dusty. Quite unhygienic in my opinion.
  The tap in the kitchen was continually dripping and wasting water.
  The Kettle was very crusty with the hard water being used – needed a good clean – looked unhealthy…
  The door on the dishwasher is hanging off, only held by glue and string – pretty crappy if you ask me…

  Of course if host policy of check in time is until 8 pm, we cant help it. But they are not friendly. Besides parking plot can be explained how to park conveniently. We had to search for the solution directly. If hist has a intention to operate b&b for guest sincetely, manners for guest has to be changed including condition
