  Great location for a short tram journey into Frankfurt. Loads of free parking, very quiet and super-comfy beds. Also a cracking shower!

  Close to station and well accessible by public transport.. Easy checkin process on getting keys, decent space for a family of 3, good paid breakfast option

  The place is decent and clean. The reception staff are extremely good and helpful. Naomi helped me to carry my heavy suitcase upstairs when I checked in. Tatiana and Alicia helped me to get my public transport access when my credit card did not work in the rmv machine and Alicia even helped to take my luggage to the nearby station. As a foreigner, I found Tatiana's advices very valuable. Even the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Nice place with nice people. Thank you.

  I always stay here when in Frankfurt. This is a very decent and clean motel, close to the Westend Campus of Frankfurt University, a bit outside the city centre. Easy access by public transit. No frills but very competitive pricing and good breakfast buffet. Excellent wifi. Staff is responsive too.
  
  What could be improved: The pillows are very soft and don’t provide much support. The lighting behind the bed is too dim for reading. Otherwise great value and no complaints.

  I had an injury that required me to use crutches to walk. I let the hotel know before arrival and they gave us a ground floor room that was a very short walk to the breakfast room. We could also bring the car close to our room door which was a blessing.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was a little cramped as I need to use crutches. Without the crutches this would have been fine.
