  Easy in use digital platform (for authorization and getting entrance code for building and room). Despite very late arrival it was easy to get into the building and room
  
  What could be improved: Since we prepared breakfast and dinner sometimes, (means used kitchen) if would be nice to have a couple of pots more. And it seems we didn't manage to set the room temperature down from 24 C till at least 21 C. (Air conditions control system seems didnt work properly).

  I will like to start with the fact that the area was quite and safe, near main station, with a lot of stores, bars, restaurants, everything you need, the idea of code door check in and not interact with someone , is no reception there with is very interested and feel free. Very clean, the rooms very clear, clean air, all equipment need it, good wifi , we booked 2 apartments 306 and 604. The size of rooms are enough for 2 person even we stay one person. One of the person was allergic to any smells and was a coincident to get the one with no smells.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe the wi-fi can be a bit better. maybe check all the fan from bathrooms, one was not functional but was not a problem. But is not something negative, I like it all and is not the first time booked already in past

  The location is good, the check-in instruction were clear as well. The place was clean. The room was fairly big, it was comfortable and, you could almost completely shut out the outside light. It was fairly quiet (when the windows were closed). There was some coffee left too.
  
  What could be improved: The pillows were too big for us.
  
  The coffee pods were unmarked, so we had to guess what type of coffee it was. Not a big deal, but would have been nice ot know if it's decaff, with chocolate, etc.
  
  There was some dust on the artificial plants. Not a problem, especially since everything else was completely clean, but worth mentioning.
  
  There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the hallways in the building also had a bit of a smell like they haven't had fresh air in a while. Definitely no bad smell or anything like that, but some better ventilation would have been good.
  
  The check-in instructions were good, but we also asked for early check-in, and they directed us to their portal, which would let us know 15min in advance before the room was ready, that is, if it was ready for early check-in. That's not really useful – if I don't know if I'll be able to check-in early or not, I can't really plan anything.

  The room was clean and you have everything you need inside. It is located so near from the central station which is a good also kinda a bad thing.
  The shower is good but it smells in the morning. You are provided with towels, shampoo and body wash. The mirror in the bothroom need to be lowered a bit, was hard to see your face when you are normal hight.
  
  What could be improved: The area out side the apartment is not ideal.
  you find people a lot of creepy looking people hanging around the apartment. I have to walk past the gate two times to avoid putting the code while this people are there.
  On day before my departure, I saw someone was seating by the lobby asking if anyone need something. Very creepy.
  The area is okay but you have to watch yourself and know where you are going.

  It was a wonderful stay at LimeHome. In fact, I stayed there for the previous 6 days too, but I had booked through the LimeHome website as the rate was cheaper through them. We stayed a total of 7 nights from January 1 to January 8 and we felt safe and extremely comfortable in the place.

  What could be improved: The lobby is a bit spooky with no one around. They should employ someone to be present at the entrance to guide us through and to make it feel like a comfortable place.
