  Oba the manager and Kristina at the front desk were very friendly.
  
  What could be improved: When I checked my credit card statement, there were two transactions from the hotel for the same amount, same room . I sent and email to corporate with a copy of my CC statement, so far I have not received any communication from the hotel or corporate office. The person at the front desk mentioned that they have problems with their system to process payments.

  25 mins to the shopping & central area. Can cut down to the river for a lovely walk too
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast is sooo busy no matter what time you go, we tried going earlier and later etc to avoid the peak. But it seemed busy no matter when. Sometimes it was rammed and getting a table was difficult

  Great location near the Ostbahnhof, tram lines and easy to locate by car. Excellent breakfast included in the price and local to supermarkets and other shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with good amenities and bathrooms. Staff were helpful, and happy to assist. Luggage storage on site.
