  Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel offers a sauna and a gym, which you can use free of charge. The breakfast is excellent and satisfying. Highly recommend this hotel!

  What could be improved: Room that we got was a bit out dated, meaning the refurbishment is needed on some parts, also the bed was messy when we came into the room.

  In general, the hotel is quite good. The beds were comfortable enough. The location is also good. One is only one train station away from the main Frankfurt station and in 30 minutes you reach the airport. A good surprise was the free drinks. It was a nice touch to the experience. The staff had a positive and kind attitude, which I think, it is really important.
  
  What could be improved: There was a weird smell in the bathroom. I don't know where it was coming from. The AC system was quite loud. But maybe I am too sensitive to noise. Since I was there for only one night, it was not something that bothered me that much, but for a longer stay…

  Clean.
  Free cold drinks after a long day of travel were great.
  
  What could be improved: Checkin was terrible!
  It was supposed to be at 3 pm but only one person came by 3:30 and he wasn’t even supposed to be on! They need more staff to look after their customers!
  The air conditioner wasn’t effective.
  Plus no kettle or tea and coffee in the room.

  The position was great, very central.The customer service at the reception was kind and helpful. The room was quiet and the mattress was very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The cleaning service wasn't efficient, indeed the room was a bit dirty. Despite requested, the bathroom extractor fan was broken and not repaired. The Tv wasn't working properly.
