  I liked the service, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The equipements in the rooms are very good and do answer to most of the needs.The breakfast is delicious especially the pancakes. This is my second time here and woun’t be the last.

  The lunch buffet excellent. I thought it was pricey but the food was delicious. It was worth it!
  Dinner and breakfast were also very good. Lots of choice and everything fresh.
  
  The hotel is walking distance to the US Consulate and the hotel had even a small printed instruction ready on how to get there. Super service and all the employees trainees and others are super friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately I was told the lunch breakfast was for a group and I could not enter the diningroom. After hours of travel I was really ready to eat. Later it turned out I was given the wrong information and I could have had lunch there. I understand there were trainees so things like this can happen.
  What I did not like is that the hotel charges Euro 10 for early per hour and the same for late stay. For late stay I can understand but for early arrival it is also the risk of the traveller that they might have to wait.

  A very good location close to the American Consulate where I had to be the next morning at 7:00.
  
  What could be improved: I told the receptionist I didn’t know how long I would be so I wasn’t having breakfast. My wife was having breakfast so I paid the €19 for her as we checked in. I got back early and I said I would also like breakfast. She said that’s ok but it’ll cost €25 and not €19. Thst was very disappointing. I did not have breakfast there.

  A great hotel for a great price, the staff is professional, breakfast is AWESOME, gym access, sauna access, what else do you need?
  The room is very modern looking and spacious, everything was clean and tidy.
